Mr. Williams has spent Forty-five years in the construction industry; Supervising on a number of multi-million dollars projects. Owner of Williams Construction having managed catastrophe work for Farmers Insurance Companies. Mr. Williams served for 4 years on the Kent, WA Diversity Advisory Board, and the Kent Human Services Commission, for humanitarian work.
D. Bruce Gardiner, Legal Counsel
Graduate of Seattle University School of Law and the University of Washington. Practicing attorney for 34 years, emphasizing business, real estate and construction law. Admitted to practice to the Washington State Supreme Court, Western and Eastern Washington Federal District Court's and the US Ninth District Court of Appeals. Pro-tem Judge and Court Commissioner, King County Superior Court 12 years. Commissioner North shore Utility (Waters & Sewer) District 17 years.
Ron Clark, Treasurer
First prize winner of the 1976 national Association of Negro musicians national competition, A former member of the California chamber Orchestra (Henry Temianka). The Los Angeles chamber Orchestra (Gerald Schwartz), a current 27+ year member of the Pasadena Symphony (Jorge Mester) , and a current 20 year founding member of the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra (John Maureci), has performed extensively as a studio and symphonic concert violinist.
Neil Steven, Vice Chairman / Secretary
Neil has 25 years of insurance and risk management experience. Neil held positions with General Accident Insurance ( CGU) Everest National Insurance Company and Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies. He holds a BA from UC Davis International Relations & Econ. And an MBA from Saint Mary's College.
Dr Richard Kanyangu, Director- Africa
Dr Richard Kanyangu was born in Mutare and grew up in Harare, Zimbabwe. He attended Middlesex University in London, England where he graduated with a Diploma in Mental Health. Dr. Kanyangu holds an MSc in Management and Leadership in Health at Kingston University in UK and later did his Doctorate studies in management with the Swiss Management University in Switzerland.
He is also the founder and pastor of one of the fastest growing churches in his community. His focus at church is training youth leadership and management. He spends most of his free time giving free consultations to young African entrepreneurs, and coaching them on life and business skills.
An avid footballer, Kanyangu is considered one of the best players on his team. He is actively involved in setting up a football league geared towards international students.

Ambassador Cliff Tichatonga Chafausipo founded an Information Communication Technology, Systems Integration Company, Portnet in Zimbabwe in 1998. The year 2022 marks 20 years of 100% success installation ratio and year on year growth in ICT solutions after Portnet launched its official operation and offices in 2002 having secured IBM and Dell Tier One Distributor Status.
In 1998 Ambassador Cliff joined the Indigenous Business Development Center, a broad based Indigenous business empowerment group that catered for both the marginalized and the established African owned businesses that required guidance and services to break into the local and international markets. He rose through the ranks to become the second Vice President since inception of the organization in 1991 and youngest President by 2017. Amb Cliff led international delegations comprising Zimbabwean business people seeking new markets to Angola, Dubai, Nigeria, Kenya, China and the first ever Zimbabwe Russia business to business engagement conference to Moscow in 2016.
Ambassador Cliff is a motivational speaker and growth coach and is a professional sales expert with qualifications from Success Motivation Institute (SMI) founded by American Paul J Meyer. He is also a graduate of The American Sales Guru Dave Kahle’s Institute for whom he became the first African Distributor of the Institute’s sales programs. He is an accomplished ICT entrepreneur with a passion in technology in general and Cyber Security in particular,
He holds a Diploma in Personnel Management from The Institute of Personnel Management Zimbabwe, an Applied Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance and Strategic Leadership from The Midlands State University, a Diploma in Diplomacy and International Relations from The Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations Zimbabwe, (two gold medal awards for academic excellence), BSc and MSc degrees from the University of Zimbabwe and is a PHD Candidate in Business Administration. He is the founder of Growth Mentors International, Sales Success Institute, Bukhali Group, and SKILLS Zimbabwe.
Ambassador Cliff is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Harare, the oldest in Zimbabwe and second oldest in Africa. He was awarded three Rotary International Awards the highest being The Paul Harris Fellow Award. He is a Megafest Zimbabwe top 20 outstanding man in business 2015 winner.
